Refund policy

The 90-day guarantee

Try Pielnora on your own time. You have 90 days from delivery to decide if the system

is right for you. Products that are unused or lightly used can be returned within that

window for a full refund of the purchase price. Products that are substantially used or

emptied are not eligible for return.

How to start a return

Email hello@pielnora.com with your order number and we'll send you return

instructions. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and is checked, your refund is issued to the original payment

method within 5-10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to

post it.

Subscriptions

The Circle: pause or cancel anytime from your account - no fees, no questions. Changes

take effect from your next scheduled delivery.

The Pielnora Year: stop any month. Every unshipped delivery is refunded, and the

90-day guarantee above applies to your deliveries from day one.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If anything arrives damaged or wrong, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo

and your order number. We'll make it right at no cost to you.
