Overview
These terms govern your use of pielnora.com and your purchases from Pielnora. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them.
Our products
Pielnora products are cosmetics. They are designed to improve the appearance and feel
of skin - smoother-feeling, firmer-looking skin - and are not intended to diagnose,
treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition, or to alter body weight or
composition. Individual results vary. Always patch-test new skincare and discontinue
use if irritation occurs.
Orders and pricing
All prices are shown at checkout in the displayed currency. We reserve the right to
refuse or cancel an order (for example, suspected fraud or a pricing error); if we
cancel, you are refunded in full. Promotions and pricing may change at any time;
changes do not apply retroactively to completed orders.
Subscriptions
The Circle is a recurring subscription billed per delivery on your chosen cadence
until you pause or cancel, which you can do anytime from your account. The Pielnora
Year is a prepaid plan billed once for 12 monthly deliveries; you can stop any month
and every unshipped delivery is refunded. By subscribing you authorize the recurring
or prepaid charges described at checkout.
Returns
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is part of these terms.
Accounts and accuracy
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide (including shipping
address) and for keeping your account access secure. We are not responsible for
deliveries to an incorrectly supplied address.
Intellectual property
Everything on this site - text, images, video, design, and the Pielnora name and marks -
belongs to Pielnora or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
Reviews and submissions
If you submit a review or other content, you grant Pielnora a non-exclusive, royalty-free
right to use it in connection with the store and our marketing. We may decline or remove content that is unlawful, misleading or abusive.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pielnora's liability for any claim relating to
the site or products is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.
Nothing in these terms limits rights that applicable consumer law does not allow to be
limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to
conflict-of-law rules, and courts located in British Columbia have jurisdiction over
disputes, except where the consumer law of your place of residence provides otherwise.
